LOL know that I know the pols I'm going to buy a Fly eagle Jet. Not

Well ones I get back from holidays I will send John an email for my next project. All the smart ones that want to buy an ARF know which company he works for. Not even going to bother with the vote as we all know which are the best out of the picks above. ;-)

I assume that what has happened here, is as follows .

The old format RCU had anonymous polls which only displayed the total number of votes for each option. Someone, (and we assume it is FEJ) has taken advantage of this fact and gone to some trouble to create a number of fictitious users, with the sole purpose of skewing the poll results in favour of FEJ. I assume that their motivation for doing this is to gain credibility with RCU users, with the ultimate aim of selling more kits. (Reading some of the posts in this thread, it seems they may have had some success with this strategy.)

However, they have been found out. The new format RCU now publishes poll results with usernames, and displays how they voted. (One advantage of the new format I guess). Unfortunately for FEJ, the old poll data has been imported into the new format, and the user names and votes are now there for all to see.

ASSUMING, it is FEJ who perpetrated this fraud, it speaks volumes about their business ethics.

On the new format are the IP addresses of all those fraud members listed?

Wow, that's so dumb it's almost funny. I bet they never thought they would be caught like that.

Ok, guys I don't own any of these but thinking of getting one in the near future. Reading these last few posts, though it's quite entertaining, it leads nowhere and this poll that was set up, is a complete nonsense. It was obvious right from the start, the voting will never be a true reflection, which company is winning in all aspects. We should slip back into the subject and keep analysing from other posters (jet owners) so the rest of us will have the opportunity to learn what to be aware of.

Not so dumb, I bet they sold a lot of airframes because of it. Somebody obviously put in a lot of work to skew that poll unless a "bot" could do it.

Someone inside RCU must have recognized the "fake" registrations at the time, wonder why it wasn't exposed. Glad it has come to light now, sure reaffirms what a shady company FEJ is.

The poll went up on the 29th, on the 30th and 31st all these people created accounts on rcu for the first time and then voted on this poll. Now that's an amazing coincidence. Whilst I wouldn't have bought one of their jets before, based on the horror stories here on rcu, you can be sure that I would never lay down my hard earned money at FEJ now, after seeing this obvious deception!

by doing these..this show how stupid they are, simple in their thinking. It will make things worst. shooting their own legs! .. And the underline fact is that this is clearly an integrity issues thru fake polling/voting...this shows how desperate they are..... how does one entrust their hard earn money on the jets to the company, easily more than $6K to $12k per setup........ I think they are cooked and done...I will avoid at all cost on this particular company....they are gone!

Hey, I was looking at some of the 169 threads about unhappy experiences with FEJ and came across another disturbing fact about FEJ. What a surprise that was, huh?

It seems that FEJ "just happened to coincidentally produce an exact copy (including size)" of a J-10 that was designed by another Chinese manufacturer, and is charging less than the original manufacturer is. ALSO, it appears that FEJ is charging $903.00 more for their J10 jet to non-Chinese customers. Isn't that nice!

Here's the link to that thread;
http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/rc-j...eing-sued.html

Based on current currency exchanges, 12800 RMB (CNY) is equal to $2092.78 USD (the price Chinese people are paying) while the FEJ website lists the jet for $2995.00 USD

I assume this price difference to non-Chinese customers is also typical for other jets that FEJ sells. Which also explains why FEJ is pulling the prices off their website.

FEJ claims they lowered the price to make the jet more affordable for the locals ... You decide whether you want to believe that or not.

But an interesting thing to see is that in line 5 of the attached screenshot, FEJ has shareholders. I wonder who those could be?
