hi guys....... I've purchased from my friend an F16 feibao........... does anyones have the instruction manual????

From my understanding with FB they don’t supply instruction manual for F-15, F16 that I know of.
However if you contact FB they will send you a recommended CG and control throw that has been sent to them by fellow modelers who have flow there planes.
This is what they supplied me with my F-15.

When building my FB 1/6 F-16, I followed Skymaster's manual and recommended throws. I set the CG to 220mm, which is where most of the Skymaster F-16 owners settled on.
