I'm still speechless.
I have to find a fuel pump that flows 1200cc/minute.
The observant will notice the injector plate assembly is backwards.. it is shipped this way. These are the s***-eating-grin after opening the box pictures.

Got the pump sorted out - Ullerman has one that flows up to 1700cc/minute at 5 bar. Once I get that let the bench running and tall stories commence!
I measured up and drew the engine last night to fit airframes under/around. While I love the manned V-1, there have been enough built that the 140 has to go on something unique.. and the idea is strongly materializing!
But first - the bicycle. I know its hard to be serious about this subject, but seriously now.. I've fantasized about terrorizing our village one day by tearing through on a jet powered bicycle wearing a chicken costume. I already have the jet engine and the costume..

I was looking for someone who had some relevant experience! Unfortunately, your comment does little to discourage me, and lots to encourage me.. I wondered if 35lb would result in 20mph, or 30, or 40.. not knowing the average Cd of a guy on a bicycle I was unsure.
Maybe if I can find an old 50cc roadracer and strip it bare..

I always regretted selling my Dyna-Jet 25 years ago, so when HK brought them out it was a must have item. The injector and plug are modified per Chris Lomas and it starts right up every time. It is mounted on a Richmodel Keecat. It has not flown yet as I still have not found an appropriate location. The plug is now located at the 7:00 position.

Tank is a basic plastic unit. It is suction draw...no pump. Fuel is straight methanol.
BTW...the ER140 is awesome! How about something like this to mount it on (it is not mine):

The standard size Vortex is the successor to the pulse jet powered Shockwave.

That’s an insane big delta—LOL! Love it.
It would be a great platform, but too gentle and not the thing for me – it’s already been done. These BT deltas are big kittens with lots of area and generous airfoils. My goal is to have an aircraft with minimum 1:1 wet with fuel, which means about 25 pounds dry. And stupid fast and sport scale. For engine this rare and stupid, it needs a special subject, and I'd prefer to do my own thing.
I have a unique (for pulsejet) scale subject picked out and started the CAD views this weekend. I’ll post it shortly, after I finish up a few basic details and clean it up and am satisfied it’s not a stupid idea. Not a German aircraft and not pulsejet powered in concept or reality. And I think there is scale retract gear available close enough to emulate it fairly well in that department – F-104 gear would probably be about right.

There are two videos on YouTube of these bench running - if you search "140mm pulsejet". Of course video does nothing for pulsejets, but it is still the next best thing to being there. There's a video of a huge delta on a 140mm engine but it is harder to find, lost the URL. I'll look.
I'll add my video when I get the fuel pump.
