Would like one that can monitor *two* air systems and bring the gear down if *either* system falls below a set pressure. That would allow me to completely separate the air systems for the gear and the doors.

You only need it on the main airline. Once pressure drops, it will allow the doors to open and gear to come down. KISS.

Thats great news as Im not starting my next jet until fall/winter. Did Tam stop making these?? Is that why you stepped in Todd??.. It seems like these are a staple in any jet with pnuematics..

Yes, the TAM unit has ceased production due to parts supply issues. Decided a few months ago I better get something in the works that could replace it.... with better functionality while improving the price point.

If you can afford a jet than pricy electrics is the way to go. Electrics are not new but they certainly avoid all the pitfalls of pnematics.

Love It. Good thing I am not in a hurry right now.
Tams unit saved one of my jets a couple of times and i wont fly without one.
I'll take 2 when there ready.

The advantage of two separate air systems for gear and doors is that air leak debug would become much easier. In the same way, I generally prefer to keep my brake air system separated from the gear/doors system.
(note that I like to use an electronic sequencer operating a servo for the gear and one (or two) for the doors)

Not sure how that would work? Which of the two would I put the sequencer's retract input to? The retract sequence would need to be initiated if either the gear *or* the door system would fall below the set pressure.
