All I can say is this model is insane with a 180 in it!

Great work Phil looks great in the air, when its going slow enough to see what it is... My A4 has hit 200mph according to the GPS logger and this was considerably faster than that!

The photos always seem to darken loads when uploading to RCU I'll try up the quality later tonight.

Thanks for the pics again mate ! Cant wait to get them on the wall ! Being totally honest about 180rx jc comparing to 180g kingy i think the kingtech is fantastic !! nothing wrong with j/c 180rx  just want to spread a good word on a good product !!

its smooth and throttle response is fantastic , cant fault it !!!!  Getting 6 mins of flying on the limited amout of fuel the u/f carries  and a the big saving $$$ other a j/c turbine !!

Your only getting 6 minutes because your scared of it (with good reason I might add) once you get used to it you'll be lucky to get three

Here is a short video showing how I weather my projects using artist oil paints

Sorry it's a wing from a 1/4 scale Seafury that I am detailing and paints, there is a thread in the RC Warbirds and Warplanes section.

Hey Phil
Great tread, im loving your work with the ultra flashes...I am in the building process of an carf p-51, which is going to need some weathering at some point..
Could you show which products you use.. Do you mix the artist oil paint with anything?

Regards

Another short video of weathering the Seafury, this is the same technique I use on all my models.

The paint I am using is artist oil paints. I use NO thinner to thin the oil paints, it's as it comes out of the tube. On this model it's just black, around the exhaust I have used a number of burnt umber and senna.
