No, it comes as a pile of bits. It looks like it will be a decent cokpit when done, but still seems way over priced. I bought it because the time and effort to do it manually is too much. I deleted the post as when I looked back in the thread there were quite a few posts where people had photos of the cockpit assembled. Still... I'd be very interested to hear any details of how people have done it, what parts left removable, what parts fixed in the fuse etc., any traps or things people wish they had done differently...

Cg at the leading edge of the wing tube or a bit behind is good. 1.9Kg of weight in the nose it not good. Forget the CG meter, make a small jig and test the CG the old fashioned way, as long as you put the batteries in the nose you should need no weight at all. I have built 2 of these so far and the location of the CG is what I stated and never used any weight. Also i use Behotec 220 which is a light engine, not sure what engine you are using and how much it weighs, but still 1.9Kgs seems a lot of weight.
Hey Peter
I did the CG in old way by EZ balancer
in the leading edge of wing tube give it a little tail heavy and in the middle of wing tube Is a perfect
my turbine is Lion 220 jet-italia only 1.611 kg
batteries
[h=1]two Venom 30C 2S 2600mAh 6.6 LiFe Battery for power[/h][h=1]one Venom 35C 3S 3300mAh 11.1V LiPO for engine[/h]

Hi Guys,
Started work on my L39 and have an issue.
With full up on the electric landing gear, the tire fouls in the areas marked with Green tape with correct toe set.
Any input ??
Peter.

Aah, The Hawk has similar problem and drove me crazy. On the first one, I had to shim the front of the Gear to raise it and sand the gear covers and live with the door touching the gear on up position. On the second one, the problem is more profound so I parked the project and it has been sitting for a year. Good luck Peter.

I received your VM but I was sick and I had lost my voice.
Yes mine was the same, I cutout the wood and dremelled the carbon fiber (wear a mask and use shop vac) and the fit will improve.
Mine is air so it was fine yours is electric I assume the motor will cutout once the wheel hits the skin of the fuse.

Had same issues with mine. If you shim the inboard side of your retract there is enough room in the wheel well to accommodate the tire. Also, you will need to set the Toe-In at this point to get the best fit and keep you from oversizing your cuts. Take your time on this, the rubber tires wear quickly and cost $60 each. Replace my tires with just over a 100 flights.
C.G; Factory C.G point shown in the manual works but mid wing tube is where I ended up after 10 flights. Great plane, have had a P200 and currently P220.

The Airtech gear was quite fragile, hard landing and it broke, the few L-39s out there, the chance of a set existing is up there with Brexit going smoothly!!

Thanks, Dave.
Going to take a break from the fumes - still have to finish the weathering and clear.
I will come back and finish up after some work on my friends Mustang.
