Default Control Rods, Linkages and Associated Hardware

Guys

Looking for the above for my new FB T33, must be of the highest quality, also looking for carbon fibre control horns as I intend to use double horns with the link captured between them, if anyone can provide links or manufacturers I would be gratefull.

Thanks
Peter

Peter I recently kitted out two kits with this guys servo arms, horns, linkages etc and have to say they are superb. Made from a high temperature pressure injected carbon filled abs they are unbelievably hard, the servo arms a clever as the ends branch into two so the ball link sits centrally in the end so forces are spread evenly, the horns are the same and as they have a wide base plate and robart style pins they are really simple to install as you only have to drill two holes rather than try to neatly cut a slot.

He has just introduced control rods which are carbon tubes with a special end which are glued in place and these look super as well.

If you want some pictures I can dig out the thread here on RCU where I installed them on my Orion jet.

Highly recommended, any issue is the site is all in German but you can work your way round it with a little patience Good luck with your project.

Marc,
I've used their stuff quite a bit too. Nice to see they now offer payment with PayPal. That was the toughest part, trying to pay for items, in the past. I hade to send via western union which was a royal pain.

BVM has a range of CF horns as well as loads of other gear. http://shopbvmjets.com/zencart/index...1krhfb6d6ugok4

A bit closed to home, try Pete at Intairco. He also has quite a bit of gear not listed on his site. It is all very good quality. I suggest you call him. http://www.intairco.net/categories.p...ontrol-Linkage

Another source I have used is:

http://shop.lindinger.at/index.php?cPath=1730_1736

They carry a lot of the Gabriel product as well as items like this in various sizes:

Nuno

I am not at by desktop at the moment, but be assured carbon horns are available in Germany, I will look up the link when I get back to the UK and post it for you, the alternative is you can always make your own.

Mike

EDIT: to add pics of home made carbon horns and to add link: http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_72..._1/key_/tm.htm

Pics as requested... so simple to fit, mask, drill two holes, scuff area where plate on base fits and glue.
