Dear Kasper,

Thank you for your notes.
Firs of all let me inform you that the silver MIG is the first prototype of this project and many details on this plane is not the same like on the final product.
So please dont take this plane as a reference, like the servo hatches which are not existing on the finals. Can you please check on the other plane.

The fuse top hatches are almost impossible to detect if you fited them properly. The assembled model is large enough not to turn up side down filled
full with fuel believe me. (particularly on a turbine fire..)

Best regards,
Agoston

the look is great. but i REALLY HATE the 3 top hatches on the fuse, they really ruin it for me. like on the carf Mig-15

The model is not larger than it could be turned upside down for maintenance and installs - like the servo hatches on the fin.

i took a picture of the silver one...

Yep very cool Scott. Back in to it. A bit more scale detail on the trim tabs. Cut out, surface strengthened, new leading edge, fake horn and clevis and more rivets. Good fun.

I am not sure if I was the first, but sure as hell was one of the first to show interest and put an order down for one of these Mig 15's I waited, and I waited and I waited. I even met Agoston whilst at a jet meet in Norway a few months ago. Now I see Mig after Mig delivered to their new owners.
I do not like to chase or moan at a kit maker. I have found this often leads to them rushing or delivering inferior work. So I tend to sit back and wait. All in good time. However. To see so many others whom I know made contact well after me regards this kit….. That gets a tad annoying.
Hey Ho! I suppose this is how it works out sometimes. If anyone wants to take my allocation for my Mig ( Although I am not sure if thats a good buy in, as at this rate, you are better off placing a new order) Then knock yourself out. There are plenty of new projects out there to keep me busy. I am through with waiting.
Regards Al

Did Agoston not tell you. There are no instructions yet. There are a few pics. Agoston can send them over to you. I am still waiting on a few pics for the sliding canopy setup. I have most of the build done but waiting on a new set of wings. Mine was one of the first 2 I think so I have the old style flaps. Agoston is doing a new set for me with the scale flaps.

Ali
It's worth the wait. Dont give up on it. It was about a year from when I first contacted Agoston when the thread first went up till I got the bird.

Only about a year less than me George! I think I am done. I was all on board and keen 2 years ago when it when this plane first popped up, but now there are so many other cool toys popping up. These Mig's are starting to be like………… Opinions ( Everyone has one right ) I would rather have something a little different and wait for a nice decent sized ARTF Mig 15 to come out
In the meantime. I am more than happy with my little BVM Mig15. Lordy knows how many flights, and its going strong. All I need to do is convince people that it is actually mine and not RJ's Ha Ha.

I have suddenly thought….. I can always fly Rei's one of these Mig's anyway. I think the Gonzalez family owe me

I ordered mine 11/30/12. Got it in 3/26/14. It was about 16 months. But like I said I am waiting on a new set of wings. So I guess we could say I am at 21 months now. Long wait but I love the plane.

Dear Modellers, many thanks for the feedback.
However, due to the dates actually have so much to add, at the time (Reply # 33) indicated that the first MIG is expected to be ready only in 2013 Q3.
This whole topic started in the last trimester of development. So I could not serving the customers immediately. The first MiGs were completed in 2014, the last development (scale flaps) in May.
From this perspective, the waiting time is not so long. Preparation of the model took more than six years, but I think the quality is unique.
To creating a MIG needs more than one month.

Agoston,
I am not complaining! I am very happy!! I understood that it was going to take a while. When I first inquired I understood they were not ready for production or delivery. I would expect that current orders are only months away or after waiting list is complete.
We all love the MIG 15 you have built and it was definitely worth the wait!!
Also the new flap delayed my delivery as well. Completely acceptable.. No Worries! Im happy!
You have a beautiful kit and its a perfect size! I love it!
Please don't think we are complaining!
I think Ali would have enjoyed having his by now. He is a very prominent figure in the Jet community and I figured he would of been first to molest the Mig!. He has a great team of builders and probably would have flown his by now!
Thank you again!

Scott,
I am very glad that you like the MIG. I hope everyone will receive soon as possible. I'm working on it every day.
Ali machine is complete in the meantime, and will be ready to ship next week. In summer everything go a little slower.
Thanks, Agoston

I really need you to send me the 3 views you used to verify scale outline.

Well I did some overlays in photoshop to see how close to scale the Mig is. I used three views I had. This are not the ones Agoston used to design the kit. I am waiting on those. I am glad to say it is very close in outline. You guys be the judges.
