No it's what is left of the shipping paper.

I've noticed the rear of the aircraft is different compared to others - is there two molds?

Colin, as of few weeks ago the rear of the fuselage mold was tweaked to have a "tapered extension". The original style was just square at the back.

Hi Colin. Glad to hear you got back safely and have had a chance to unpack the Aurora. Regarding the rear yes this was pre the current production changed a few weeks ago. No big issue just aesthetic

Mark if you are getting wing bags made let me know, as I want a set.

I'll use the 'sled' for transporting the fuse in the car but for storing wings they are going to be on shelves so would want them in bags.

Colin,

Steve Johnson at Aerotrim is the man to talk to http://www.aerotrimwingbags.co.uk/ I will be getting a set for mine from Steve as will Ian. Have some of his bags for my other models. Well made and durable.

In talks with Steve at the moment regarding getting sets of wing bags made up.

Would fuzz bags be if interest too to any one. Most would keep the sled I would think but can get them knocked up if needed be.

MarkS. You going to Long Marston on Sunday? I can bring a sled for you if you still need one.

Been speaking to Steve since mine arrived but we keep missing each other! He couldn't come out to play last week but next time we're out he is going to create templates. off of mine. I'm having a fuselage bag made so that will be an option for others too.

Ian, thanks but I won't be! I was confusing the Long Marston show this weekend with the JMA Long Marston event next month which I'll be at.

I'd be interested in a fuz bag depending on cost - would dump the sled if I had that.

A full set (2 x tail, 1 x fin, 2 x wing and 1 x fuselage) with handles etc will be £220.

Cheers

POP make nice stuff but I have found all of mine (TH Hawk, SG Hawk, AW MB339, AW Cougar) to be a little 'stiff' and a bit thin. Steve's bag are quite thick, very protective and soft/pliable.

Hi Tony

No build manual yet but the CG is located on or slightly rearward of the front edge of the wing retract wells. Set at on the edge then adjust rearward once you've flown a few times.

No problem Mark. So do you need the sled? Happy to keep it for you but need to know if you would like it or not?
