Default Air Gauges

Bought some air gauges from McMaster-Carr. I am looking for an adopter for the back side so I can use them in a jet? I have some but in a different jet. I do not remember where I got the adopter.

I tried those gauges and the problem is, after you add the adapter, they are not only big, but heavy too - and they don't really save you many $'s over the ones you can get from Dreamworks...

Yep... What he said. Besides.... 1/8" barbed fittings are too big. You need 1/16" for air hose.

The weight does not bother me. I can see the larger ones better. Thanks for the help on the adopters.

I read it as $20 each if you buy two, or more.

Has anyone come across a more compact (smaller face) gauge than the 29/32" dia ones we typically use?

The smallest I've found is here: http://www.miniaturepressuregauge.com/

I inquired about getting them in a rear mount and they came back with the following notes:

For steam driven models we only manufacture these in bottom connection

½” ranges: 0-80psi, 0-100psi & 0-120psi

If you want 0-150 psi, you will need to have ¾” or 1” diameter pressure gauges

1/2" Pressure gauge for steam driven models,
Supplied with nut & tail piece.
Price: 10 off @ 20.00 each or 1-9 @ £24.00 ech

3/4" Pressure gauge for steam driven models, reading 0-150psi,
Supplied with nut & tail piece.
Price: 1 x 9 off @ £20.00 each

Price: (Pounds Sterling)
Delivery: 10 days

Wondering if there are other options out there in a similar size?

Don: Ron, Lance, & I have the same gauges, and have had good luck with this push on style connector for years. Works great with BVM air tubing. I think this is the correct order number, but double check the sizes.

McMasters catalogue page 186, part #5779K123.
