Skymaster Service
Hi everybody,
Service is an issue, always and all over the world.
Here a short story about Skymasters Service.
A friend of mine, Axel, bought a year ago from a Swiss colleague a used and not flown SM F-16 1:6. This winter we started to make the plane ready for maiden. During the work I remembered some issues years ago with the fin of that type of plane. I contacted Anton to ask how we can find out, if we have an old or a new fin. We got feedback from John. After a few emails we were sure: we have an old fin! After that I asked John how we have to work on the fin to get it stable.
His answer was clear and brief: We will make a new fin for you free of charge.
Yesterday we got the message, that the new fin is shipped to Germany. That’s all (1st contact to yesterdays message) in a timeframe of 3,5 weeks.
Great service from our point of view….
