Default Is Jetcat (USA) closed for holidays?

... They are not answering the phone or returning messages. If they are closed, couldn't they have shown their customers the common courtesy of saying so on their voice, ail greeting?

While I'm at it, IF the P-100 is back ordered, couldn't they have shown their customer (My incredible GF) the common courtesy of saying so when she placed the order on the 15th, so that she could make alternate Christmas plans?

This is only my 3rd interaction with their customer service but two of them have been decidedly negative, indicating little or no organization or follow-through. Yes, I know many (if not most) of you have had flawless service, but my personal experiences have left me underwhelmed. Todd, Barry, and Eric all have A+ customer service in my experience, but Bob's? Not so much.

Don.

The Jetcat USA web site says they are closed from 12/22 to 1/2 for the holidays.

Thanks for checking that out.

Sure wish they'd left that message on their voicemail, like every other responsible business does. Just sayin.
