Default BVM retract cylinders leaking

I have a set of the purple BVM retracts that have been sitting around for a few years. The cylinders were leaking pretty bad, used some O-ring lube, it fixed 2 of them, but one is still leaking. Anyone know how do disassemble the cylinder to replace the o-rings?

Thanks

Impossible, the ends are press fitting with a "O" ring to get the sealing

Just fit new cylinders, they are not expensive.

Keep your eye on the 2 you fixed. I had a similar problem and the lube did not last. After cutting it apart I found it had corrosion . My compressor was putting water in to the system. Now I use a dream works trap in the compressor.  Dan

I thought last time I had leaky cylinders they would not sell them separately.
? Will they now? I will get spares.

I am having the same problem with my F-100 gear. I'm going to send them to BV for service.

Yes, BVM will sell them separately. I ordered 3 for my F-100 and installed them this week. The leak is completely gone.

dubd,
Did you just order them this week? I called BVM and ordered them Monday and they have still yet to process my order.

I guess I will call them monday and find out what happened. Leaking air cylinders are holding me up from doing the maiden on my Bobcat XL that has been in the works for a couple of years now. I am getting anxious!
