It looks like flying season is here. Lewis and 6 other pilots were at the Lebanon Springfield Airport Saturday. Two new jets made their maiden flights.

The video was a teaser. I watched it waiting for the A7 to fly and then it ended. I really like that paint scheme. Glad you got it as your replacement.

F-100 Scale Jet Showdown- Low pass is AWESOME. Who was flying this one? Most awesome I have ever seen!!!!!!!!
Don't know how Calvin managed to get this shot. The trees are way out on top of the hill. The camera was just right!

Warming up the airport for everyone again today. Had the pleasure of flying the A-7 Cosair. What a great airplane!Takeoff was very predictable and stable, and the entire flight was AWESOME! This was the most uneventful maidenever for me! The old A-7(midair victim) was a good one, but this one is truly exceptional. Leading edge slats make for a slow and stable landing.I'm also using two JR 370Agyros on this model. Ailerons and rudder were truly locked, and did not waver in the 18 to 20 knot winds thatI had today. I took a picture of the wind sock and began to wonder if I should wait. Temptation was too great, and away she went.I however chose not to fly again for the windwas constantly picking up. Keith "Jet Jockey did the taping on my camera, and Buck showed up with his equipment. Buck will post his videosometimes tonight, and I will get mine on too. Here are a few picturesbefore the flight. Many thanks to Fly Eagle Jets for such a fine airplane. Thanks also to Scott Marr and the Jets Over Kentuckypilots for making this happen. I hope Scott has his new plane ready to fly. Thanks to everyone formaking this a very specialday.

Nice job and congrats on the maiden! Doesn't look like you took any time to even trim it!! Straight out flying and smooth as silk. Maybe this year we'll get both of them up at the same time. That will make a good video!
See you in July!
