Thought I'd share a video taken of my Skymaster 1/6 F-16 this past Sunday. It was windy, cold, and overcast, but still a lot of fun! It's powered by a P-180RX. For anyone considering a 1/6 F-16 and is on the fence between a 180 and 200, get the 180. The power is awesome and it flies like a foamie (well kinda)! I love this plane!!!

Nice and scalelike flying - loved it!! - and you nailed that landing!!
The only reason to sell a SM F-16 - is because you need the cash to buy another one!!
My new SM F-16 G2 is only a week away - it will be in Norwegian livery and powered
by the Behotec JB 220 - 220 N in a compact package!
Can't wait to maiden this bird!!

Sweet Dantley. As the above have said textbook 16 landing. I've got one inbound so that vid gets me pumped. Looks like plenty of punch with the 180.

It wasnt particularly calm that day and quite turbulent. At the time, winds between 15 and 20 with gusts blowing the tumbleweeds down the runway. so he had to deal with that as well. sky was looking ugly as we say.

Flycatch has me feeling self conscious! Lol! I have thousands of turbine flights off a 500' runway too.

BTW - my son was born at 3am this morning!! I suppose its too soon for him to use a flight simulator.

This is the start of a life long adventure.....much more exciting and challenging then any and all planes you now have, or will ever have.
I celebrated the birth of my first grandchild, a boy, last July.......and have been reveling in his growth physically and mentally ever since.
Take the time to spend ever moment you can with him, and all subsequent children, as well as with your wife........time marches on relentlessly no matter what.
Bill
P.S.....great flight on that Viper too!

Bill, thanks for the kind words. My Dad unexpectedly passed two years ago and I can imagine him giving me the same words of wisdom. I'm looking forward to the journey and growing into my new role as a Dad.
Congrats on your grandson! I can only imagine the pride you must feel over your family.

I lost my Dad before my 25th birthday, over 33 years ago this year.......3 pack a day smoking, plus work environment will do it to you every time.
Wish he was still around, as even at my 'young' age there are still matters that his wisdom could help me work through a bit easier than on my own.
Children and grandchildren are the reason we "adults" need to step it up, when it comes to making sure the world we leave them is a better place than what we inherited......no excuses about it being to hard to do, just gotta put our minds to it and we can make anything happen.

Jim, he's still at home... these darn "boomerang" kids.
Tam, The feeling of being a Dad for the first time is incredibly emotional as you know. I'm proud, scared, and excited all at the same time. I've slept 3 hours in the last 2.5 days, so I can finally appreciate your late night stories.
