Hi Rob,

I have tested the 1283SG in a Skygate Viper Jet and I have written a testreport in JetPower Magazin issue 6/2012.

I like the servos very much.

From my side postive points:
- strong
- fast
- exact neutral positioning
- high resolution
- strong servo arms

From my side negative point:
- weight

Two days ago I got the new 1230SG, which also makes a very good impression to me.

Best regards

Philip

Who runs/owns Savox USA now?

And where are these servos designed and manufactured?

Savox sevos are very popular with the surface crowd. Lots of torque and speed and quite reliable. Only downside is that they draw a lot under load (all that power has to come from somewhere..)

Not sure about the USA arm but Savox are a Taiwanese company.
