-Its been another year and the Wangaratta Jet meet is coming up fast.
Dates are 19, 20, 21 April.
Who is going?
What are you bringing?
Are you staying for the three days?
Any maiden flights?


Well I will be there on Friday staying for the 3 days, no new planes so will be flying my usual jets.
See you there and looking forward to checking out the new Jets that I'm sure some will have.

I can't make it this year as I'm in Melbourne at a conference! So close yet so far!!

Hope it goes well. I know a few guys from our club are heading down.

Should be a good contingent from Sale (the Sale Mafia) as usual. Rob E and I will be bringing our new FEJ 1/7 F15’s both fitted with twin P140 RX’s, full Robbe/Futaba S Bus systems, PB I Gyro’s and the new Jetcat Bus Smoke pumps.<o></o>

On board will be the SM Cougar P180 RX, FEJ 1/7 F4 – twin P140 RX’s and probably the CARF Euro P180 RX. I’m sure Rob will have his Scorpion P120SX and SM Viper now fitted with a P180 RX. <o></o>

I expect Bob will have his Thrust Vector CARF Euro P160 SX, Macchi TJT and F15 TJT. Not sure what Rod H is bringing but expect to see the T33, Rookie and F16. Franko, Andy & Greg look like they are stuck with work commitments but I am still working on them.<o></o>

Rob's F15 is EXACTLY the same, same scheme, same engines, same fitout. We purposely built a pidgeon pair. The only difference is the registration number.

Not sure about the mig but will keep it in mind, it is such a good flyer. After all, I only have a little trailer.

We are travelling up on the Thursday and staying till Sunday arvo so I best load up with plenty of fuel too.

I am thinking to attend an event in Australia sometimes, But has no idea how or where to go. Never been there so far, It will be one of adventure for me if I go.

I am sure you will be very happy when we get a photo of Rob & my F15 together at Wangaratta.

We have some great events in Australia. Wangaratta Jets in Victoria during April is the next one, Temora Jets in New South Wales during September is maybe the biggest, and there are some great events in Queensland and Western Australia. This is a very big country with not so many people but some great jet flyers.

I would be happy to help you out if you visit and get you to a good meeting or two.
