Projet Hornet V5.96 wanted
Dear all,
is anyone out there operating his Jet with Projet Hornet 2 system? I´m asking because I´m looking for a special firmware for my Projet ECU.
I need the V5.96 firmware as this is the first one where the kerosene-start sequence is implemented and the last one that can be used with the PC to read the live parameters.

This is an old firmware and really hard to get, so I appreciate any help!
Cheers

RE: Projet Hornet V5.96 wanted
I´ve checked the RX and the TX pinout coming from the ECU and put them on a simple 2,4GHz transmitter unit. The same unit is plugged into the laptops USB as a virtual COM port. I use them for short range of about 50ft and cost me around $32,-.
The same can be done with XBEE modules to gain longer distance (one mile or more...)
On the other hand you can use the small blue terminal as a telemetry display. This works with the I2C bus and needs a bit more attantion but still much less then the eagletree...

Yes but I do not need more right now as this is just for a local control of a VTOL rig. Later on I would need to biuld up with the XBEE´s.

Looks great! Simple but elegant design. What is the flight situation control made from?
BTW: your firmware works!!! Many thanks again!!
