Here we are on a beautiful sunny and excellent day for flying, the Northern Cali jet guys doing what they do best.

I got the pleasure to see some faces I haven seen in some time, Hans and Dantley, met for the first time Many and Darren ( new jet guy in the hood )

Also had the good fortune to see Gonzalo fly his A-10 ( Alaska camo ) Jack D. where were you?

I will upload the pics later, getting the 500 error thing.

Carlos, it was great to see you today! Although I got out there late, I was able to hang out with some of my favorite people, get a test flight with the new Tam pipe installed in my SM F-16 and range check/taxi test my SM A-10.

Guys, looks like fun. As usual Dantley your fleet is sickeningly amazing! Lots of other really nice looking jets there too it seems from the other guys. Carlos glad to see you trolling the flight line! Did you fly anything or was it mostly a social hang out on this day?

I had a BLAST! the weather was simply perfect, no wind, low 80..... and the company the BEST! This field is out of this world.... unfortunatelly a little bit far for me as it takes me at least 2 hours to get there but once in a while a MUST.

I can't wait to do some A10 formation with Danley! what a great group of pilots. I wish I had more pictures but I was quite busy burning some jet fuel

I wish, I'm getting checked out on a new ride at the moment. Back home and having fun mid June but I miss the event unfortunately by TWO DAYS. [:'(]

Desperately want to meet up and burn some Kero with you NorCal clowns ASAFP after I get back.

Gonzolo your A-10 is still simply STUNNING! 2 Hours for the drive? Nothing but a local trip to the field sir That's me talking though, from the boonies and all..

So how big is the runway as if it really matters at that point. my guess is 1000ft wide by about 7.5 miles long
Looks like an awesome place to fly, is that a regular place to fly or just at certain times.

Semi regular. We get clearance with California Highway Patrol which uses part of it for training.

Hi Dantley

Some of our So. cal boys are planning for a trip to Whidbey Jet Rally, Washington on the third week of August. We plan on having a road trip and will stop by Bay Area for a few days either on the way up or down.

It would be nice to meet you guys up there and fly at this awesome field. Would it be open during August 16-23, or Sept 5-8?
