Thanks Jerry, Roger, Ron and Jim Wright (Airport Mgr.) for a great event. I also want to thank Chris Tucker & "Talking" Tim for spotting for me.
A BIG Thank You!! goes out to all you guys who supported DW Mobile this weekend. Hopefully we can do it again next year. And congrats to Charles for becoming a new Shockwave owner!
I about forgot Jerry; tell Jim to bring the "lucky" bleacher back next year!! lol

What a great event! You guys sure know how to show a couple of Okie's a good time. A big thank you to Jerry, Roger, Ron and all the folks that gave up their time so we could have fun.
The field was perfect, the weather was great and my indoctrination into the "Children Of the Corn Clan" was memorable. The little ME262 wasn't totaled and have almost stopped itching!
Thanks to all the sponsors and donors and thanks for putting those Lucky Bleachers there. Everyone sitting on them won something. Heck George even joined the Bleacher Bums and won a prize.
Attached are a few pictures from the Okie Cam
Thanks again,
Ken and Jason

RT 66 Jets 2013 is "in the books" and I have many to thank for their help. I'm just now recovering from the experience, and will post more with pics shortly.
Roger: without whom this event wouldn't have taken place, & for all his input, answers, and suggestions
Ron: thank you for having my back throughout the event and for managing the acquisition, judging, and distribution of the pilot's plaques
Patty: for working so hard daily to photograph the event, planes, pilots, awards, vendors pilots prizes, etc., we look forward to seeing more of your images in the days ahead
Patty & Paul: for your combined efforts helping Ron with the judging for the pilot's plaques
Keith: for the delicious Friday night dinner, umm, umm good, we gotta talk about next year
Steve: thank you for volunteering on short notice to do the Saturday PA announcing
Lewis: for you helpful suggestions during the event, it was an honor to canopy next to you, and for your impromptu spectator tour of the pilot pits
Al: for helping out at a moments request on two occasions
Lance: my good flying buddy, absent as JWM team manager, for his advice prior to the event, and being my, "what would Lance do", when I needed to make a difficult decision
All Pilots: to the many who offered their help if I were to need it, to everyone for "playing nice" throughout the event, and enduring my somewhat lengthy pilot's meetings
Jim Wright & crew: last but certainly not the least for working like Trojans throughout the event to make sure it was as pleasant and convenient a site set up as possible, and for
their genuine concern that the event was in support of and welcoming to the local community, as well as ourselves
Anyone else: I may have forgotten, but will edit in as my brain recovers and recalls.

OK, so I'm finally getting to some picture posting. Had to tidy up some loose ends, pay some event bills, etc. Below are a
couple shots of the flight line, Bob Bush under his usual "sun canopy", new attendee Jason Hoyle, and Lewis "the general" Patton.
