I believe you mean the ''before you ask'' T-shirt.... i have seen it in some jet events but if you don't find it i did my own in microsoft word and also put a picture of my jet as header and went to a print shop in my area and had it printed on my T-shirt for 10 euro. I can find the word file and email it to you if you can do it like this.
