Default Nobody is on the jet page any more

A vid of a jet crash was posted at 8:30 last night and only had 4 views! The old sight would of had 100's by now.

Nobody knows how to get on the sight. I found it by accident. I have been trying for several days to access the site the usual waywith no luck. Finally I clicked in My forums and it let me in after I scrolled through several other forums.

This is so strange because with me it was business as usual even to being logged in, odd

I'm with Mike. "My forums" doesn't keep me where I used to "see" at all

I think that the problem is that the counter is not working correctly. This post only shows 4 views and there are 6 guys that are signed in reading it right now.

I still think there's plenty of people reading.

The whole thing sucks !! They need to fix it where you caan log on and be logged on every time you come back... I have a shortcut on my desktop that goes straight to the Jet page, I am never logged on from my last visit.. I have to click on " Sign in ", it takes me to my profile, then I have to go to forums, then go to jet's and then I am here just like now to post this.. I am not going through this every time... Ya'll can have it. I'm done.!!! I don't think I am the only one that feels this way. Look at the traffic across the board, WAY DOWN... Sponsors are not going to put up with this, nor am I.. Later Dudes !!!

Having to click on the login every time even when you already logged in and because the sit has sooo many redirects I can no longer view rcu from my cell phone. That was 80% of my rcu time right there

it is indeed a bit of a hassle, as with others i need to log in every time, i have to click a second time on my forums to get me to my selected ones and when you reach the bottom of the thread you need to go to the top and click rcjets to go to the main page.....too much time wasted...when you don't have much

I click on my shortcut then log in. Minimize the profile page and click on your short cut again and the jet forum will come up and you will be logged in.

. Somebody needs to get locked in the closet with their Big Chief tablet and #2 pencil and start doing the one's and zero's and don't come out till you got it figured out.

Guys,
Vin has it right, put the jet forum in your favorites and when you click on it the first time, sign in
(sign in tab), then hit favorites again, click on rcjets, and you will be in the jet forum and signed in.

Because it's easier to scroll and read as a guest, rather than spending 5 minutes to log in......

Just noticed we can not "Return to forum" after a post ... only the threads on either side.
Good grief!

How would this compare with stats before the changes (I hesitated to use the term upgrade)

Since certain threads are usually very active especially when questions are asked and now they sit idle after a question is posted, it would seem pretty obvious that some are just turned off to the new setup but I bet most CAN'T LOGIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm not sure I will be able to post this until I click the "post reply" button. I know I can get logged in if I'm determined and want to spend ten minutes continually deleting cookies and cache but I'm done with this BS. It's been a week and if they can't even fix the login issues FIRST then what's the point of coming back here?

That's what I have been doing.

It still sucks though since that is 200% more effort than it used to take to look at this site.

I am sure they will fix it eventually, but as I recall this is maybe the 3rd change to the look and feel since I joined in 2001, and everyone complains and then eventually gets on with life.

The jet section here has always been the biggest forum on RCU since day 1 it is now and it will be a year from now.

EDIT BTW with Chrome on only one of my Windows devices I get 403 errors on any links to the forums. I figure I would let them fix logging in before I mentioned that one!!

Works fine on Chrome on Nexus 4, Nexus 7, Nexus 10 etc.
