Thanks George,
Yes all the wooden parts are glassed with 3/4 oz cloth, sprayed in Deltron automotive paint then the whole model clear coated. There are more pics of it on page 85. My model was in the first batch that came to Australia and it had a lot of flights but the trim started to peel off too many times for my liking. It was the white blue scheme.
Cheers and Merry Christmas to all,
Dave

I dropped an air retract on the floor and broke off the elbow from the end of the cylinder. I've got the threaded part out, just need to find a replacement and some spares. M3 thread I think. Anyone know a stockist please. Many thanks, Harvey.

Its the elbow I'm after, I have loads of straight nipples but the wheel hits the air pipe. The elbow keeps it clear. Thanks.
Found the Festo swivel type at Nexus. Unable to post link for some reason.

Hi
as Stevew76 as linked to the straight fittings I am assuming it the other one you have broken. The ones with a 90' elbow.
I have found these (FESTO 90 DEGREE NIPPLE M3 THREAD) not only are they 90'
but the elbow rotates and allows easier lining up.......

Wren 80DCi since 3 years in my case, no probs from concrete or grass. More than enough vertical performance.

Greetings Gentlemen,
I am very pleased to report that since installing my retracts and the associated airlines and valves etc. I checked this morning and they have held a pressure of 100psi for just over 7 weeks.

Are current builders using the supplied air tubing? Mine seems to split very easily and Im not going to use it. I left a piece on a nipple and was away for a fortnight, when I returned it was split. Any alternatives or reccomendations before I try Fleabay. Any help appreciated.
