Default Future Jet Pilot

I know its a bit off topic, but there is an airplane in it.... My son is 2.5 yrs old and can identify several airplanes. I took him to the Le Bourget air museum in France a few months ago, we walked into a hangar... "Daddy, thats a spitfire." Made my day! Thought it might be refreshing to see something that didn't involve bashing someone or some thing... Can't wait until he's old enough to start flying.

Reminds of this girl I used to date...she dated another pilot a few years before me and told me all about how he took her for a ride all over LA in a "private jet." She said it was fun but awfully loud and uncomfortable. Then she said " I don't see how celebrities and politicians ride on those things all over the country, I think Southwest is better." she later showed me a picture of the so called "private jet"......it was a piper cherokee 140.

Congrats, I think he got the bug from you.

My boy demostrated some interes on flying at 6, then that interes was gone around 11, he found video games, then around 14-15 what we call girls, he is 17 now, I was surpriced when he said he wanted to get some flying lessons because he was concidering to become a comercial pilot.

I think and know that what we do sticks with our kids and they use that to make life changing decitions.
