Happy Birthday for yesterday
Your F-16 looks amazing!!

How do you find flying with the LE slats out?
Can you notice much of a difference?

Regards,

Paul.

Anton,
Happy belated Birthday.
When you are performing these test flights with all the takeoffs and landings, what are your test objectives? What are you trying to accomplish? Are you testing flight performance with different flap/slat settings on takeoffs/landings?
Thanks!

Tim

Test, Test and more testing! You guys are doing a great job with actually testing your product! And video to back it up.. These other companies selling jets without even one test flight and zero video. Already delivering to customers with no prototype testing.
Great Job Anton!

+1 it's really refreshing to see a company adequately test a product before selling it to it's customers.

You guys realize that hydraulic steering has been nothing short of a nightmare for CARF A-4 ownere right? What are you guys doing different?

I'll be honest, ditch hydraulic anything! Other than that, what an incredible landing gear. My buddies at Lockheed would drool!

FalconWings,

I have posted this before and will post this again.

Do not worry about the hydraulic steering, we have sold out over 80 kits of A-4, same systems with the F-16 1/5, but we have never heard of any problems with hydraulic steering from customers of Skymaster A-4, I trust Likai 's designed , please check the Skymaster A-4 Video as posted to YouTube !

Skymasters hydraulic system looks like it works. CARF never got past getting the thing to work at all other than the two test models they built. No one else has gotten their hardware to function. It looks like Skymaster is using hydraulic cylinders designed for hydrolic unlike CARF who tried to adapt a cylinder to work with hydrolic. I don't think anyone will have problems with hydrolic if it is done properly. The Skymaster cylinders are totally different.

I do wonder how good that wheel turns with a load. Skymaster could you put a load on that nose gear and turn it? That is the ultimate test of how well it works other than being able to hold that vaccume in the hydraulic system.

Thanks,
Andy

Thanks MN, I wasn't aware that S.M. was already using hydraulic systems on other models.

I still don't like hydraulic anything. I deal with it all day long and something always starts to leak and go wrong. Skymaster seems to test their gear but I am NOT really happy it's this way.

Having said all that...this is turning into the true Best of the Best F-16 that regular people can afford. Keep those scale details coming skymaster!!

And why have you not posted about the new F-18 that you are releasing soon that you posted on Facebook?? I really honest to god wish it was the C version with ALL scale details instead of the ugly porky F-18F but I will be patient.

Yup but not this year at all. The F version is first which is too bad. Ive been a fan of the C version for as long as I can remember. Im hoping for a C version that has the quality of the Yellow Twin.
