Hi Anton,

I have now ordered the 1/5 F-16 )

Will it be possible for you to post close-up pictures of the Ordinance Set - especially the external tanks and pylons / bombs for STA 3 & 7.

Thank you

Jens

I ran my JC Mammoth (SP) on the ground at full throttle and the forward intake collapses (bottom). I will reinforce the intake (through nose wheelwell) but my question is should I remove the upper half of the bypass to reduce this problem or are there more benefits to keep full bypass?

Hey guys, do you think the airpower ev5u-pro will be ok for the landing gear on this jet? Also, I know everyone is saying to use the Kingtech 210 or similar but will the Kingtech K-180 fly this jet in a scale like manner? Thanks
Also, will the Hitec 7954 servos be good for this size of jet? They are fast while pushing 403oz. Thanks

Anton I dont suppose they can start drilling out the aft part of the missiles, it would add some scale detail and get rid of some weight. Just a thought
I looked a few of these at KY jets but I dont think a single one flew, unless I missed it.

J.C. Nice looking bird. That one is on my short list. Glad to see you doing great with it. Have you let Marvin have the sticks yet?

Yes I moved my CG gradually to 305 and really like the way it flys and lands. I have a Mammoth turbine and smoke tank on mine.

What happened to the ventral fins between the photo in the start up area and and the take off? The ventral fins are not on during the flight.

It is good to see that there does not seem to be any yaw instability at high AOA during rolling maneuvers with out the ventral fins. I see this as very good news for the stability for the 1/5 F-16 model.

Can you tell us the take off weight and where the CG was set for this flight. I hope to take delivery of my kit next month.

Thanks

Gary Jones

Bold maiden flight. If it weren't for the large F18C on the way I'd have ordered one of these by now. Nice work again SM

Anton-
There is a picture on Facebook of a 1/5 F-16 with scale details like AOA sensor, etc on it. Are you going to offer scale detail kit for the 1/5 F-16 ?
