Default Question on selecting the right pipe for this application???

Once again I am looking for some experienced advice,, every time I have posted a question I have received the help and advice I needed.
I am setting up my older (HEAVY ) 1/8 scale advanced FEJ f-16
I finally decided and purchased my turbine I am using a jetcat p120sx tuned back to 25lbs
My jet came with the FEJ double wall pipe and the seller, as well as multiple others recommended ditching that pipe and getting a better pipe. I heard two thougts on what pipe to use
1. Get a Tams double wall, was told it is much lighter than the FEJ and much better
2. Was also told to get a single wall pipe from Wren
I want to keep this plane as light as I can, I have always heard nothing but great stuff about a tam pipe, but if it is safe to run a single wall pipe saving more weight that would be good too. My concern would be if I use a single wall pipe would I need to install a heat blanket between it and the fuse of the plane, and all components,,is it worth the chance?
As always any advice is appreciated as I am still learning

after a ton of even more reading and searching,, I believe that I was given some bad advice,, it appears that a single wall pipe is not the way to go,, it looks like a double wall from Tams is the way to go,,,

+1 Tam has pipe design down and I'd be seriously worried about any pipe that was lighter than his...
