How much does an employee cost. This is a quite accurate description (see link), read who the author is:-) And who published it. Of course it is a couple of years old, and the costs have risen since. Remember health care costs went up a lot since he wrote the piece, but it will give an idea to someone that is really not familiarized at all with the subject.

Good point, as was previously posted though...most people with an opposing view are not risk takers with their money, they would prefer to leverage yours in some fashion...the more the better, in their eyes....and that is where the rub is. The results speak volumes.
