B... Y. Awful crosswind handling technique and touchdown, even for a landing at Birmingham , which this was, which usually generates considerable turbulence. That same YouTube video has several other x/wind landings which show far better skills and technique, which resulted in de crabbed landings on the centreline without pushing the oleos to the limit and without bounce or banging the nosewheels down.
Fortunately the 767 can cope with a x/wind landing without decrab upto 40 knots x/wind component but why not do it right and minimise loads on the airframe and risk of structural damage. !
