Great shots James. Thanks for the pics of my Hawk. I'll see if I can salvage any of the ones I took of your Hawk and post them when I get home from vacation. Didn't plan it right. If I stayed over this upcoming weekend I could have enjoyed this show although the rest of the family would have been bored: http://www.jber.af.mil/arcticthunder/

Now I get the PICTURE, some of us have to go to work after the Grandest Jet Rally in the World and others go on vacation. I must be doing something wrong. Marty let me know what I have to do to get a vacation next year after the meet.

LOL. The answer is simple J. I married well and my wife has no interest in this hobby whereas your better half seems to enjoy the Kentucky experience so that is part of your vacation.

We've been on the road since mid-June. Sending this from a campground near Anaconda, Montana on our way to Seattle and Vancouver. Should be getting home around the end of August.
Highlight of the trip so far? (Other than flying jets) Having a 10,000 foot beer at the top of Mount Rendezvous above Jackson Hole, WY.

Hey Marty! Looks can be deceiving. I'm not enjoying myself, I'm having an absolute blast! I highly recommend that everyone get out and see the rest of the country that you live in. (I'll be seeing the rest of my home country in a week or two...)
Will be doing the SS elevator thing over the winter. Along with putting together the Xcaliber and a new Phoenix.

I agree. I left for Alaska the day after getting home from KY and it was pretty amazing. Met two couples in Anchorage during a segway tour who drove to Alaska. One from Florida and one from Ontario Canada.
