Thanks to everyone that made it to Midwest Jets 2014. We had a great time. Flying was tough in the morning with some rain and fog but the afternoons and evening made up for it. Many thanks to Rich Grote and his crew that got the airport grounds all set for the event and to Jerry Crow for his efforts and time as CD.
Thank you to BVM for their continued support. We raffled the box of goodies off shortly after flying ended Sat evening.
We will have pics and video shortly.
Thanks to everyone that made it from IA, MO, NE. We are looking forward to Midwest Jets 2015!

I hope everyone had great time. We had lots of flying despite some challenging weather and humid/warm weather that required some programming changes to the turbines as well.
Thanks also to the photographers and videographers for the pictures and video. I have posted some of the links to Drew's work - thanks Drew!
Our date for next year may change a little bit. We have seen though that this site is great, safe and wide open with easy access to the town and great support and local help as well. We even had a great campfire Sat night under some amazing stars and also the new airport beacon, which is literally a beacon of hope for the airport.
I also figure of the SR71 can fly here, what can't?
We have room for the event to grow, come out next year and give it a try.

Dave,
Thanks again for a great time! It is really a great place to fly at, with wide open spaces, facing east, no restrictions on time of day to fly, place to store birds overnight..... After flying at Rushford, MN for years, didn't think you'd be able to find as good of a place, but think you've succeeded, and to boot, it's an hour or two closer for most of the attendees.
Thanks for all the effort to put it together,
Lance
