Default JetCat USA's new address and location

Hello everyone.

We have been working the past couple of weeks to move JetCat USA out of the Paso Robles location and into it's new location in Tehachapi California. The big move of the shop will occur this weekend. From today on we ask that all repairs and correspondence be sent to the new shop. We have two addresses for receiving repairs and mail. Please note the addresses below.

For mail and USPS service:

JetCat USA
P. O. Box 622
Tehachapi, CA 93581

For UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, service:

JetCat USA
16330 Harris Road
Hangar #2
Tehachapi, CA 93561

Our new phone number is:

(661) 822-4812

The old phone number will roll to the new number. All current shipments in progress via carriers (UPS, Fed Ex, DHL) will be forwarded automatically by the carrier. JetCat USA has already set this up so don't panic if you have engines or items sent in for repair.

We look forward to serving our customers from our new location.

Thank you,

John Redman
JetCat USA

John Redman is so in-tune with the Hobby Trade in general and now, JetCat USA! The minor disruption of moving JetCat USA to Tehachapi, CA is just a minor speed bump. Bob Wilcox built a tremendous foundation for John to continue building on and I expect JetCat will soon be better than ever! John is putting in the exhaustive long hours to make it all happen and he's got my support, 100%! More power to you John. Everyone in this game wants to see you succeed :-)

Chopper,

You read where he said he's in the process of moving right?

Be cool, try email..I'm sure John and crew are literally driving trucks back and forth most of this week with the phones being a secondary priority to establishing a shop to repair our mess-ups.

Poor John is putting in the big O.T. He's exhausted and taking zero time off these days. He'll need a week, maybe two, where his feet will feel more firmly planted to the ground!
If you need the part, then persistence will help. Otherwise, I'll be patient, chill and check back weekly perhaps. Redman is likely not missing any of this or his emails either.
He wants this to happen sooner than later! Its in our own best interests to allow him the ability to get set up, running smooth operation and ASAP.

Hey guys,

Time for an update. JetCat USA is no all inside the new location. Are we ready for operations to start back up, not yet. I believe we will be up and running repairing and running engines as well as being fully bac on the phones by Monday of next week. I am sorry for the long dealy, it was a bit more than I anticipated . . . well hell, I was not even close to my estimations. Good news is that I have received an order of P-180's and will be shipping those very soon as well. These are all spoken for and I have another order of engines arriving in the next 10 days as well as the P-180RX update chambers.

Our other company CST, is currently attending the Toledo show this week, so some of my labor went ot enjoy the wonderful Toledo scenery. :^) You can find my partner (brother) there as well as another guy who has been instrumental in making the changes to the shop for JetCat USA.

I appreciate all of you being patient thru this. Believe me I would rather not ever do a business move again!!! And as for sleep? . . . what is that???? :^)

Thansk again for the understanding everyone.

John

John

I hope one of your projects once you get settled is to update your website.

Nothing on there for the new turbines (other than to buy them). No manuals, no accessories (cables, etc.)

Good luck in your new venture!

I could use some help. I know they are moving and I have been trying to get some information over the last few days.I have been waiting though already about a month since my order.

I called the new number 2-3 times, no answer.

I have written two emails to the contact address.

I have not been able to talk with anyone there or receive any information regarding my order.

i am just trying to find out if my 140RX, purchased through BVM about a month ago, will be in my hands by the end of April?

Thanks for any help,
Dave

Guys, I spoke to John the other day. He's hoping to be back in the shop up and running this week. He is aware of your concerns. He's working his tail off to make the new Jet Cat bigger and better....something we will all benefit from. Hang in there everyone. It will settle down and get better. John has great ideas and passion to make JC USA the best it can be.

Hey guys,

The shop is back up and running, although it feels like I am in first gear right now. Things will continue to improve in the upcoming weeks. We are continuing to make changes and add resources to build a JetCat USA that will deliver the type and level of support everyone is looking for. I do appreciate the patience as we begin this new chapter in JetCat USA's incredible history.

John:
Good luck on your new venture. However, you have one very unhappy camper here. Please don't make promises you cannot deliver on.
On Feb. 12th, you told me you would have a 180 available to ship the following Friday and based on that promise I sent you close to 5K up front.
30 days latter you made the same promise and now it has been 2 months and still no product.
If you would have told me up front it may take awhile to get it, then I could have made a decision whether or not I wanted to wait.
Hopefully mine is one of the 180's spoken for and will be shipped soon. Would be kind of nice to know however. Also would have been nice to know about your move. I about had a heart attack today when I called the old number and it was disconnected. It is not going directly to your new number.
