So we are running more electrical at the field and I had to run to Home depot to get some parts. On the way back to the field I saw a trailer that says Wingham on it in a Panera bread parking lot. So I stop and it is Graeme Mears on there way to Top Gun 2014!! So I invited them to come see the NightHawks field. What a Great Day!!
Thanks Billy D

Hi Billy and all the Night Hawks

Even though I didn't have the best of luck,(could have been a whole lot worse) it was a great day. Always fun to get over to your side of the state and see old friends again.

There is nothing better, Gary.
I, myself, am happy to be back into a new flying season after a long cold winter.
It was nice of BillyD and Jim to host a fun get together to get the cobb webs out of the fingers and thumbs. I will even fly a jet next time. LOL. Just had to prove out a new radio for this season.
Looked like everyone had a good time even with some having some new bird issues. Just glad to see all the planes landing safely. Hope you guys can resolve your issues to get some good flying on those beautiful birds.

Too bad I was heading south of the equator, I would have come over. Let us know the next time and the guys from Pittsburgh will come by.
Cheers!

Perfect weather to dial in my new iGyro yesterday. The last flight of the day was probably the smoothest flight ever on my vintage Eurosport! Great to see everyone again.

Joe, I just want it to smooth out the bumpy bumps and a bit of help on the X-wind landings

Billy I found out this weekend that unexpected dead sticks are the best way to sharpen the focus on landing. Those 2 I had on the 16 were a couple of my best landings ever!
Just keep the shinny side up!
