The one in the photos is Doug's from USA RC JETS, it hasn't been shipped from China as of yet as the paint is too fresh.
It would take a extreme effort to have it ready for KY Jets to fly

HI All, Sorry I have not posted anything in days. I was the CD of our Fathers-day weekend. We had 34 pilots and perfect 75 to 80 weather for the weekend. My Xtreme ARF Viper came in the day the show started!! So it was really hard to look at it just sitting there not being worked on!! So Im off to the workshop for some 18 hour days to get the Viper done for JOK.. When the F-100 shows up next week I will post tons of pics.
Thank you Billy D

I am literally drooling over the pictures! Xtreme ARF may have the best factory paint jobs I have ever seen....usually paint jobs like that are after market and cost $$$$! This could be the best of show in Kentucky. Strong work guys!!!

It looks like several of these are being delivered but is there any video of one of these in the air yet? Prototype flights, etc?

Just a suggestion, you should change the title of this thread to read "Huge 1/5.5 scale F-100". I saw the Mammoth (wonderful engine BTW) and wondered why it was being pictured on this thread.

When I first saw this thread I misunderstood and thought this was the same Xtreme company as the Skymaster spinoff. "X-Treme Jets"
BOY WAS I SHOCKED! Pleasantly surprised actually. It looks like XARF is much nicer, not to mention having HUGE jets!
This looks to be an awesome company that is set to shake up the industry with much higher quality and standards of finish. Very nice indeed!

Niki, have you asked the Smithsonian Air museum for documentation on the T-bird? Another idea is to find one of the old birds on display somewhere and ask a local modeler to get pictures of it.

Ralf, we have to ask Billy to do it, he has the F100 right now, the Thunderbird one I can ask Niki for the pictures.

Billy,

Just curious if you think this jet will fall in the category of the LTMA-1 inspection (Large Turbine Model Aircraft that weight between 55 and 77.2 pounds RTF w/fuel)

Hello Jason,

Thank you very much for your kind words.

We now have all the T Bird documentation and soon we will post photos of our F100 thunderbird.

Hi guys.....weather was not cooperating in last 2 days....but tomorrow is suppose to be very nice. We will take many pictures of every detail of this beautiful F100 outside in the bright natural light. It is even more impressive in person than any photo will reveal. Those attending Kentucky Jets can inspect all aspects of this jet. Xtreme ARF has really listened to what modelers want.....very impressed so far. Pictures will be posted by tomorrow evening.

Hi Greg, I have not put all the parts on the scale yet but I would say it will be in the 55 and 77.2 pounds RTF w/fuel
Thank you Billy D
