Here some photos from the smoke installation injectors. This is the most logical point for injectors but for the moment and after some test we haven't found the correct flow get.To much flow splash the aircraft with unburned smoke oil.We thought to reduse the flow and to push deeper the injector for more warm oil.

Argyris, thank's a lot!
One more question:
Where you take your exhaust pipes? Our pipes what we received with Pilatus are looks different
Or it's a hand made production?

Hi Argyris.
Thanks for the post with the smoke system. Can you maybe put some pics on of your pump installation and what size tank did you use for the smoke.
Also do you perhaps some videos to upload of the smoke system in the working please.
Have a great day
Regards
JB

Hi John,
We did't cat any extra holes in the intake, standart more then enough. More important to care of engine cowl heat protection. Few post up I showed how we done that (#232).
Kind regards,
Sergey

hi Sergey
Yes I have the heat shielding on the top cowling, no problem there. Was just wondering if any of you chaps have cut opening in the intake like post #140. Thanks
Have a great Day.
PS anybody with a video of smoke system working Thanks

That is modeling, many ways to find one best result.
There is no problem like overheating with stock size halls in our PC. Probably it can be if use higher power turbine (not sure), we use K-60tp.
About smoke system- Mich posted video with test, #252
Kind regards,
Sergey

John are you having a heat problem down there? I am going to do the small mods as seen here right from the outset I reckon.

Hi Neville
No, no overheating at all. I have put a similar hole in the bottom like post #285 from the start with a little flap to divert the air. This aircraft flies so nice and true. Post some pic of your please.
Have a great day.
