Hi Keith! Plane looks really good! Really think that you are doing a good job with the build! Can't wait to see it fly at the show! Maybe I will get one!

Thanks for sharing. Make sure to let us know what you thought about the build and how it flies. I totally forgot this was still a viable F-22 option still for sale out there. Awesome!

I'm not sure if these are still available?? Are they? I heard they were a copy of the yellow f22.....Give it a little crow...about 1/4" of up aileron with full flaps will make a huge difference in the landings..

Well done Keith!! Glad you got her up. looked to fly great!

Try allot of flap and some crow for landing. When set right it will almost be a hands off landing. The crow will hold the nose up for you since the flaps will try and drop it.

LOL nvm me and Joe replied at the same time

After removing some ballast and doing some more tweaking Keith's Century Jet F-22 is flying great. This video is from the second day Keith has had his new Century Jet F-22 out flying.

Gunradd asked about scale appearance between the Yellow and Century jet models. I have the Yellow F22 and the big thing I noticed is the fairings over the pushrods on the rudders on the Century Jet F22. To me that is a big factor in scale appearance and makes that area look much more scale.

Keith the F22 looks great! Cant wait to see it all detailed. Keep us updated with pics

I agree John! It really makes the plane look allot better.

It seems all 3 of the bigger turbine F22 types messed up different parts scale wise.

Jetlegend got the nose gear doors right but messed up the entire rest of the aircraft scale wise the main wheels and main gear doors are way to small. Its sport scale at best.

Yellow did a good job scale wise but messed up the canopy shape some and the external linkages on the rudder are a sore spot.

Century did great scale wise on the rudder linkages and on the wings they added little notches to make the slats look scale. But Century like jetlegend got the main wheel size to small and the nose gear doors are totally the wrong shape.

Now with the yellow not available anymore the century is the most scale. Would love to do one someday and try to scale it out

Does Dayton now have the F22? When I was there a few years ago all they had was the YF22. Be careful to pick the right one.
