Hi,

I wanted to say thanks again to all of you guys for your thoughtfulness and prayers recently. I'm definitely better, but still in the hospital. I'm having the 6th surgical procedure of this adventure tomorrow (they're placing a feeding tube directly into my intestine) and then they anticipate kicking me loose in the next 7 days or so, assuming everything goes OK.

A lot of you guys have PM'd me or otherwise reached out privately with gestures and some of you have even contacted my wife directly to ask how you could help. Gotta say, that meant the world to us, and I'm really uplifted by that kind of camaraderie. Thanks. It sucks to be sick and away from your wife and little ones, but it does knock some of the sting off when you have people around you who treat you like a friend when you most need it.

Man Shaun,
I've been offsite awhile dealing with some of my own health issues.... sorry you have had to go through such a huge ordeal.
Hope you get to go home soon and start feeling much better!

I pray for your speedy recovery and that god will ease your burdens

Take care my friend and get well..... take it slow and listen to your docs

There aren't any plans in there kit's to my knowledge. The instruction book should explain and have pictures for each step of the build.

Hi,

I think Greg is correct in this case. I don't believe there were full-sized or rolled plans for that kit. It's been so long, I honestly don't remember. There are several guys on the Warbirds forum that have built this plane. Many of them bought from me, so I think you might have some luck over there finding a copy of the instructions. Good luck!

I have a NIB Yellow P-40 here, The guys are right, there are no plans. There is a 31 page builders manual and a 12 page or so photo pack. I would be happy to scan them for you and email as a PDF. The price is a beer should I ever make it to SC. PM me with your email addy.

I'm thinking that since this is an old thread and Shaun is no longer sick, then a new thread should be started for questions not regarding his health. Wrong topic for this thread, I'm just sayin'...

Hi,

Yes, by the grace of God, I'm out of the hospital for going on two years! I still have to take a handful of horse pills every morning, but I'm building, flying and living! Maybe the mods could close this one now.
