Yes, the Rhino SP is in the Dolphin.

Main Gear doors have been removed.

The factory is in the process of changing the mold to make main gear tubs, so the door will not be on the production kits as this is a sport jet, it doesn't need the added complexity.

Also they agreed to supply trailing link gear from the big L-39 for less than perfect fields .

Hey Rich...

Did you say there was a smaller version coming out? Something more appropriate for a 28~30 Lb engine?

Hey Tony
Yes the Dolphin S will be 2.3M Long (92") and 2 M (79") wing span, it will also feature trailing link gear and no gear doors on the mains.

Keith,
I can not answer that, you will need to contact Catherine at FB Jets.

Keith,
I have an update, due to the trailing link configuration there will be a slight mold change to the fuselage to move the wheel well, therefore the trailing links would not fit the three prototype fuselages that were produced.

I'm working on the manual, if there is any particular photo or detail you want, please let me know.

I'm getting ready to take it to Route 66 next week...

Thank you Rich....I wouldn't mind a look at the servo trays and mounting arrangement in the wings and stabs if you have time. I really like the battery trays you came up with, they will be included I hope. Picture say a lot and will help me get a head start on any extra hardware I may need.

Thanks for the offer Tony, I've seen the videos of the Dolphin flying but no in flight shots yet....that would be great if you could post some....

Video Taken at Michigan Jets a few weeks ago, with Jim Hiller at the sticks, man can he fly!
He pulled the throttle back to Idle and did that outside loop... then he did a down and dirt slooooow fly by where I thought it would drop out of the sky. He has Brass B@))s, hey wait that was my plane! No wonder he has no fear

That was an outstanding flight of the Dolphin! Really shows off the capabilities....I've never seen a jet do so much outside work! Not hard to tell the pilot has a pattern background.....

I had a question about the possibility of different paint schemes, in particular a Red Hawk scheme, so I asked Catherine and she said they could do a custom paint job as long as it was not too complicated, she said the Red Hawk scheme is no problem.
I personally like the T-45 scheme

Funny you mention that, I asked for the scheme on mine to be changed up a little...red will be yellow and yellow red. Tired eyes you know! I have always liked yellow on a blue day, especially on a sport aircraft.
