Just incase it has not sunk in yet this is just to show you how much we get ripped off without the manufacturer telling you. The gas start is know more expensive than the kero start.
Nothing against Kingtech themselves as they all rip you of equally. Yes I have my bullet proof vest on for the ones loading there guns.

Last time I checked companies are in business to make money not give stuff away. How is it a rip off to charge what the market rate is? It has nothing to do with what it costs you to produce it. If its to expensive people wont buy it. If you don't like the price go somewhere else.

Yep, when you spout utter nonsense, you need the vest.

What a tool.

Yeah, it sucks that stuff gets cheaper as advances in production, material sciences and market forces predict. <- That's sarcasm by the way.

Not sarcasm -> All these turbines coming out for such great prices have pretty much killed my ability to sell my P200 (that I was trying to do.) Oh well, it looks like I'm going to keep it!

I think it is fantastic. This is great for all my (and yours) future turbine engine purchases.

Barry, too bad your engines came out after I bought my B300F (by like a couple of weeks), I would've bought TWO of them!

Keep up the great work!!

I'm not complaining about the Kingtech lowering the price. As a matter of fact I think this is great as it puts pressure on other companies to do the same if they want to be competitive especially as Kingtech has reliable engines.
I do however find it a rip off that they are now selling the 170 for more expensive than the 180 and the 180 gas start is more expensive than the full kero start.
I believe that these can be lowered in there sale price also if they are going to lower some of there other engines.
It seems that all manufacturers of ALL things play this game and this is what I find a rip off and that's why I stated that they all equally rip you off as I did not want to sound as I am personally just attacking Kingtech.
I personally like kingtech products and there back up service is well proven but that does not mean I agree with everything they do just the same as some of you think what I have written is nonsense. It's your choice if you don't agree with what I have written and I respect that.

Yeh Fair enough Ravill. I'm still getting use to the internet LOL.
I think I posted a reasonable statement which obviously some of you disagree, and I expected this as everyone has different opinions.
Happy flying

Dude,

The 170 is discontinued. That's why they didn't change the price. I can hardly stand to read the crap on here anymore.

I own 5 Jetcats and one Kingtech very happy with them.
My argument wasn't about getting a cheaper one.
Not going to bother explaining it to you.

Eric if it's discontinued that's a very fair call.
But to be fair if something is discontinued then why is it still on there web site.
I can only comment by what I see and read on Kingtech website

i think the reason for this low price is that the realesed k210 almost at the same time Jet munt did with the 200.at the same price range,so they lowered the k210 and was mandatory to lower the k180 to make it comercially competitive.just my 2 cents

In all fairness the k100 and k60 need to be lowered to stay in proportion.

not only but also I had customers that paid in full the original full price for their K210G turbines. when kingtech
decided to reduce the price I contacted the customers and gave them a refund as soon as I got their banking details
