So van nearly packed, looking calm so I have the Blanik, Vampire and two Xcaliburs. Not too much with a host of test flights booked. Will swap around for Sunday as I have to take an Xcalibur package with me and need space :-(
Breakfast just before 8 normal place ;-)

Way too busy for many pixs, the light was iffy early on and too busy test flying peoples toys later on. Some of the happy owners shown here, today it was two Xcaliburs, ViperJet, L-39, CARF Hawk, Aviation Design Rafale.
Also managed to fly Rob W Schubeler DS77 14s Spark, My DJ Vampire, my Sports scheme Xcalibur...sure there was something else!
Must load the van and head home. Another day tomorrow :-)

Brilliant weekend! Even better weather today. Got off lightly with just one test flight today, the EDF Concord. I've been helping the guys with this for sometime, it was not originally intended to fly it, but a few changes and we were ready to try. Balance 150mm in front of the maim gear I wasn't sure it would rotate! a 50mm shift back in balance after the first flight and it rotated perfectly on the second and flew really well. Faster than I expected. 6s 5000mAh Li-Po on two 69mm fans. A duff solder joint bought the first second flight to a premature end, but I'm looking forward to more flights next time.
Took the GJC Mig 15 today for some high fly-bys ;-) Two Xcaliburs and DJ Vampire.
Had another pack bedding in flight on Rob's Spark. Its so quiet on the HST multiblade fan...several thought it was a turbine!
I'm sure I flew something else too :-)
Was good to see so many flights packed in to the two days, another three Xcalibur models took to the air this weekend and it was a great pleasure to see the owners packing in some flights.
Good to see Jet Rebel throttle bending today I got the impression some partook too heavily last night and it was much easier to get a quiet flight today :-))
Can wait for CJ and 10-11th October the next JMA event. Big thank you to Roger, Jamie and the other JMA committee guys who sorted out such a great weekend.

You know you want one Jamie, so much more flexible than a Bum Bandit (-: See you all in 3 - 4 weeks time. Have a great time at Jet Power and don't forget to order your UF, Just not the Curtis Jenny scheme.
