Its very new, I do have figures at work, but not here. 2 x P-100 size. The model was just finished in time to take it to JP, so very new and a lot of sorting before we see it released in 2015

Looks like a great thing. Doesn't appear to have as much scale detail moulded in like the CARF Mig 29 though. I'm sure painted up it will look awesome.

The pics do not show the detail. It is there! Very detailed. Just doesn't have that hammered trash can look like the mig. Very nice quality!

Deals off. If it doesn't have the beat up trash can look, I'm not having it…. LOL It does puzzle me that the planes just seem to keep getting larger. I'm finding that if it takes two people to put the plane together or get it out of the trailer, its not so much fun.

Looks like a nice jet. I found this website with some additional pictures. I translated the site and it says one of the options is for twin P-180s with thrust vectoring. Only unknown right now is the upgrade option (Fins+Nose Gear). Is it the canard version of the SU-30?

Well you know how it is, some people have small johnsons so they need a way to compensate... As people with normal size johnsons get into the bigger planes, then need bigger planes than those to compensate.

Joke or not, your comment seems rooted in envy. That's not a good look. These monster jets have a place in the market and I'm sure the people who buy them have a tremendous amount of enthusiasm about the hobby. I'd love to see one in person.

Yes, I would be envious for sure. I love the Su-27. It was just a joke in reference to a previous post from Dr Scoles. Lighten up!
I am shocked they made a big su-27. I looked at getting one from GJC, and they told me they dont sell too many of those and are always made to order. Will be interested in how well it sells, and being BIG and CARF means $$$

Its in the ballpark of the sky master F-14 in price. If the CARF website is accurate. $5K for kit $3k for gear… then tack on another $2k in accessories… The Su-27 is a full two feet longer than the F-14…. one big mama…. Be nice to see pics with people in the picture to get sense of scale. The one with the dude hiding behind it makes it hard to tell.

For me it was the star of Jetpower, you have to see it to really appreciate the detail and quality.

Andy Kane sent me a few pics. It looks like no ailerons? I think their mig was the same way? I'm cool with that, two less servos to install!

I'm very tempted with one of these. I just need to work out how to store/transport it.

I'm looking forward to more pictures of the painted version, and to see if they will have a manual for it and what the cockpit kit consists of.

Correct...the original migs flew on tailerons only. The two in Australia both have functional ailerons though.

Did the Mig have slats? Still need two servos per wing. I watched some videos of the SU-27 and it definitely uses ailerons. I think the way CARF did the flaps they won't be able to be used as ailerons. I suppose you could set them up as flaperons. Can you post the pictures you received here?
