Thumbs up Nicely done BVM!

My new PNP F-16 was shipped from the factory a few days ago and somehow was being sent to the wrong address (my house instead of to BVM where my builder was going to pick it up).

Patty at BVM apparently tracks their shipments because she immediately contacted me to let me know of the destination change and wanted to confirm that is what I wanted.

When I informed her that I had not made any changes and I did not want it delivered to my home but to them, she went into overdrive with DHL and spent the entire day bombing them with phone calls until it was successfully rerouted to the correct destination. I was on a trip and was trying to assist as well but she did all the heavy lifting.

That is the kind of attention to detail that makes BVM stand out head and shoulders above the rest.

Thank you again Patty!

Boli

Yep. I am not allowed near tools, glue etc. If something breaks or needs to be built and is not a foamy...I am instructed to get a chair...place it 10' away...sit in it and wait for the Cavelry to arrive.

Orders from my origional IMAC sponsor years ago...lol.

Many years ago Gerhard told me:

"Mr. Boles...you can never beat a man at his own game...and building was never in the cards for you".

Yep...it is what it is...LOL

As Clint Eastwood would say "You're a good man [Boli]. A good man always knows his limitations."

Patty, Heather, and the whole BVM crew do a great job!!!

This year at Florida Jets, the front tank on my Tucano sprung a leak (It was the stopper). After my version of "When in panic or in doubt...run in circles, scream and shout" Lukey tells me to go to the BVM tent...get a new stopper kit and bring it back to the tent and give it to him.

When I got back, he had the tank out and disassembled. He took the kit from me and then told me to find the longest line at the food vendors and go stand in it...enjoy a sandwich and come back in 30 minutes.

30 minutes later, I am stuffed...there is BBQ sauce running down the front of my shirt and the tank is back in my Tucano.

Yep...peace and harmony was restored...LOL!

There were several PNP F-16's present at Tianos' " 12 O'Clock High " event that kicked off in Lakeland , Fl. today
They steal the show .
That has to be one of the best deals out there .

Yup, Patty Generali is like my favorite person in the world to talk to.

Also, she is my favorite person to get packages from!

It usually means I'm getting new toys from BVM to play with!
