Obviously had the aileron servos reversed

IMHO, If you watch the aileron and spoiler deflections, he initiated the whole thing... ( on purpose ) . It was not a reaction to a problem. The rudder really gives it away. Pretty bold, but very cool. Obviously his Chief Pilot has a sense of humor. I'm sure he was empty as well.

This was a 747 on delivery flight . Pilot did a farewell manouver . aircraft was empty.

Have a look at the youtube comments. So funny...

BTW the pilot is using full aileron deflection and a bit of rudder after V1. The plane is empty, taking off @ TOGA with an acceleration rate of about 6 kts per second.
Overbank capacity in this configuration is 30 degrees right after liftoff and 45 degrees 2 seconds later. The guys knows exactly what he is doing...
