James Smith (aka Smitty) of Ft. Worth TX maiden his new Shockwave in Waco in a 15-20 mph 90 degree crosswind. The Shockwave flew flawless with just a couple of clicks of trim. It is powered by a Jet Central Mammoth. Only one flight was made as the winds blew like a mother.

Saw it fly, great looking color scheme, great flight, and he greased in a perfect landing with that wind pushing straight across the runway,,

It's a keeper !!! Awesome airplane and a extremely well engineered and manufactured kit. Doug and I had a great time building it. Everything about the build was straight forward and fit like a glove. Thanks Scott for all the help along the way, ( and Bob-O too ) !!! The Shockwave speaks for itself, and Smitty is gonna have great time with it and you can bet within a few flights he will be able to tell you everything you ever wanted to know about it. If he's there and the Shockwave is there, It will be in the air.
