New Jet Trainer "FireBird"
Anyone try one of these yet? Looks like a smaller Reaction 54.

Wow! With all the design technology and structural strength of a .40 sized prop plane! That tail section will fly off right away! Who are they kidding? Is this another off-shoot company of FEJ?
At least that girl in that annoying message box that follows you as you scroll up and down is cute. Well, kind of cute.

I see redwing rc is selling them now. I would buy one to get my turbine waiver but it only takes a 60n engine. don't think I would want to spend the money on a 60n turbine then never us it again.
if it was sized for a 100n I would buy it. probley be the cheapest way to get your waiver.
I still looking for a beginner jet but it has to be for a 80-100 engine

I think the 100 is just right! could I blow it apart with the 100? Probably. I don't do full bore dives and don't pull lots of g's at high speed. I have clocked mine at over 180mph and all has been fine. I have been pleased with it.
There are no instructions. You have to figure some of it out but there is a very good build thread for the Navy Cat on RC Groups.

Light weight ,short take off and very low speed landing. With K-60g I can do anythings except Knife edge.Very suitable for training
The best thing is it's ready to fly with in 5 minutes and no retract problem.
