My Feedback: (11)
Not complaining but.
Got to Kansas city, took the kids to an amusement park and spent 3 hours crammed in the bathrooms with a hundred other people dodging a tornado. Got a couple hours down the road and it was dark at 6pm due to the cloud cover and the torrential rainfall. Nothing but flood warnings all the way to Kentucky so decided it wasn't worth the risk to the family and turned around and went back home. Not sure if anything came of that nasty situation but we're home and its clear and safe in Nebraska.
Oh well, just not meant to be. Sometimes you gotta read the signs. I really had my heart set on going this year and spent a week preparing.

Someone bought the pc-21 so I don't think it's going to fly. It sure is purdy
I don't think the flying stopped much for rain after lunch that I remember. Had one small rain in the evening but after that people were out flying till sun set.
Man I tell ya I spent most of the afternoon catching up and saying high to folks, best part of these events for me.
Lewis that new jet of yours is gorgeous! Must be a great feeling to have another successful jet that looks like that.

Just returned home from the best five days I've ever enjoyed at JOK. I've attended nearly every year, including the first one eleven years ago. Unable to stay longer because of other commitments.
Burned off all our fuel and personally accomplished my most flights ever. Thanks Lewis for your tremendous organizational efforts, special kudos to Marvin for his superb flight line control, and to all the rest of the staff behind the scenes making this event a success.
