If anyone has a set of 2 3/4 or 3 inch intairco tires for sell i need a set, and will buy em, my new tires arrived from dreamworks today, but they shipped 2 5/8 wheels by mistake. I will be the one with the red/white/blue elan.i got em taped up for now should work, hopefully for the weekend. .

Event was alot of fun, a lot of nice planes there both flying and statics,,,, lot of good people, we got the opportunity to get to know Addison better, hes a cool kat, and is a full scale Heli pilot, and instructor. He brought and flew 3 different jets, well one of them was more like a rocket,, Debbie and I enjoyed the event, just got back home thought I would share some photos I took. If ya were not able to make it, you missed it, Robert put on a great event, hated to leave today but gotta get back to workin on stuff, My favorite plane still Addisons f16, shiny as a new Lamborghini and just as fast,, My ultra flash was reliable as always, the tires on the Elan were the source of quite a few jokes, but I did what I could so I could fly it,,,

Back home now... What a trip back. 30 mph crosswind in the motorhome pulling the big trailer, some genius plowed up a fiber optic cable .. so no AT&T cellular service in all of central Texas all the way home ( we thought the Zombie Apocalypse had started !! ( Went and got my pistol'a out of my suitcase and I was riding shotgun locked and loaded !! ) . Some idiot wadded up a suburban on the highway and close the whole road, sat in traffic for ever, (knocked the whole rear differential out from under it ) , then if that wasn't enough, sitting at a red light in Elgin, and some dizzy impatient b*%#h turned left in front of us and a car flying down the right turn lane plowed in to her and knocked her into a car waiting to pull out !!! Crap tore up everywhere !! I had a front row seat to all of it !!! I was like, good grief, get me home in one piece !! Just destruction and stupidity running rampant all around us !! Should have stayed at Bomber Field and braved the wind and got some flights in !!!!... But overall it was a great weekend, lots of flying, a great turnout, met some new friends. Excellent event !!! Thanks Robert for the hospitality and the whole club. Can't wait for Mississippi Jet's, see ya'll there !!
