I've had a couple more request about fuel. There is fuel on site at $4.60 gal for the past couple weeks. I have ordered a case of turbine oil from the airport. They usually get BP. It will be probably a dollar a quart above cost. We've got several more commercial tents ordered this year. Where the row of tents in the grass parallel to the runway meet the tents along the taxiway, it will be a little congested as far as trailer parking behind the tents. We will work it out the best we can at that "L" junction. We have a limited number of tables for rent at $5 for the weekend. Some of you have already reserved some. Let me know if you need some.

Thanks for asking. Detached retina in the right eye. No explanation . Doc repaired most of it Saturday morning. Followed up Sunday morning with more repair. Tuesday was small repair hopefully the last. Doc said I should be good. We'll know how I've healed up in about two weeks. Sight seems to be returning a little better each day for the last 2 days. I appreciate the help u and Bob-O gave me Friday , it's good to have friends. It turns out according to the Doc, if I would have loaded my truck by myself, I could have done more damage from the strain. Again, thank you.

Glad to hear your on the mend. I've had my fill of eye problems too... Not fun. I'm getting together my ransom demands for your monster bag of Peanut M&M's you left at Bomber Field. It will be returned to you safely at MAB ( minus a few ) . I think a extra scoop of Ice Cream ( flavor of my choice of course ) at the Saturday night dinner should cover part of it. These fingers haven't played a six string is 30 years. I should pick one back up. Get David Reid to join in. He's gotten into them in the past couple of years.

Time to make ice cream today or tomorrow. Good news is I get to sample the goods, and resample, and resample and etc. putting it that way, maybe there will be some left for the event.

I've had a couple of people ask if we're doing breakfast this year. Bob-O and Dawn and the rest of the breakfast crew will be doing breakfast Fri and Sat mornings. Pancakes, bacon, sausage and eggs. Ready around 8:30 or 9:00 each morning. Buck usually furnishes coffee. Be sure to thank them. They do it for you.

Also, we have 17 commercial tents rented. If you want one let me know now. We're getting tight on room if you want to be next to the taxiway.

Any you guy's coming in Tuesday from the West on I-20, we're gonna be at the Ameristar Casino Tuesday night ( 21st ) in Vicksburg showing the house who's boss regarding the games of Black-Jack and Craps !!! It's only another 40 minutes to the flying site from there.. I just hope there is enough room in the trailer to haul all the winnings !!! ) LOL . See ya there !!!
