What way do the connectors go

I assume that it's an Xicoy/FADEC ECU? If so, the ECU should be marked to show you which way round they go. Orange is the signal wire and the brown and red are negative and positive.
On the older ECUs I believe they are marked ~ (for signal) and + / -
The newer ECUs are marked with the appropriate colours.
