Default jet cat 120 will not start & Fuel connections

I have a jet cat 120, borrowed from a friend, he has never started this engine ( the statitics shows about 45 minutes of engine rune)with reference the picture the pipe connections were made as below
Blue( Main fuel line)
Center Blue( Blocked with a pinched Tube)
Red (Propane)
( please tell me if the fuel connections are right?)

(no Aux connection for startup, Sequence option used with Propane start) JETCAT V5.0 ECU

Starting process would initiate but the propane would not inginte (new glow plug with 2 Strings out RPM would reach 2100 only, Lipo 2Cell batteries are new)...please help me.

Engine looks very old. Maybe a clog. Do you hear the propane solenoid clicking during ignition sequence? You can try bypassing the solenoid, and connecting your propane directly to the engine. Good luck.

That doesn't look like any JetCat that I have ever seen and I have one of the original JetCat Hammers, JetCat's first turbine.

That is a very old and rare "Air Start" P-80. I do not understand why it has a starter on the front. Unless the front board was changed out to an electric start board, the starter will never engage.

What firmware do you have in the ECU? I do know that the air start firmware has not been supported for some time.

ECU V5.0, the starter works but he RMP reads not more than 2,100 (2.1)...yes I can hear the Propane valve clicking (can see the propane vapour from the rear). Inside Engine Cowl the 3 metal piping gets into the Engine. The engine did ignited once with blue flame..thats it!.
Meanwhile..I am using a new glow plug from Hobby King No4 (1.5V), can I try increasing the Plug Voltage?

1.5 volts is a probably a little low for the plug voltage. Might want to increase that closer to 2.0 volts and see if it will light off.
What kind of starting gas are you using?
These engines will start on straight propane, or on a propane/butane mix (like Powermax), but the required gas flow setting will need to be adjusted for each type of fuel.
I suspect that if you are seeing "propane vapor" from the rear of the engine, and ignition with blue flame from the rear, your gas flow is set way too high.

The problem is with the starter motor...the RPM doesn't cross 2.1 on GSU while initialising the propane start (Using Propane, LIPO 2 cell & battery Voltage showing 8.2V)...fear the starter motor is weak.

Can i ask for a Starer Motor from Jet cat? since it mounted outside it can be easily replaced.
Starter Motor is from MABUCHI RS 380 SH 4535

What's your temp reading during ignition? if temp is low then is won't switch on your fuel pump. Try put a restrictor in the propane line (If you know which one it is). 2.1 rpm seems low but should say that on your gsu "low rpm" if that's the case.
